Of the millions of things I wanted to do...

This was definitely on the list.  Recording mama's recipes.  I tried recording them by hand in a journal, but that fell apart pretty fast, since my handwriting is not so great, and I lose my journal when I actually need to make something.  The world has gone electronic, so why not use blogging to sort and save the precious recipes of my mother.  I can always convert this into something else later.  So here we go...
